    • You work with an Eligible Solar PV Installer of your choice who will design a system to meet your needs.
    • All electricity produced by the system goes to reduce your electric bill.
    • You get full use of the system for a 15 year period with an option to buy the system or extend the lease for another 5 years at a reduced monthly cost. 
    • The solar system can easily and routinely be added to your homeowners insurance policy
    • You can  participate in our exclusive Solar Dividends™ program.  Solar Dividends™ represent a portion of the value CT Solar can achieve from the sale of environmental attributes based on the electricity produced by the system.
    • CT Solar can not guarantee the amount, if any, that might be available to be distributed as a Solar Dividend™.  The value and markets for environmental attributes are developing and fast changing.  Changes in State and Federal policy as well as demand for voluntary and regulatory purchases of such attributes are not predictable.
